Add bare metal support to Analog Device targets

Summary of changes

Modified the configurations of EV_COG_AD4050LZ and EV_COG_AD3029LZ to add bare-metal support. The following changes were made to the configuration: added the key supported_profiles with bare-metal included, along with supported_c_libs.

Issue raised in #13099.
