The big entity refactor in 1.6 broke the Entity.viewFrom functionality, which is due for an overhaul anyway. We need to fix viewFrom as well as support KML lookAt and unify both features with the current zoom to boundingsphere strategy for entities.

Fixed in #2648, the lookAt stuff will be handled as part of the KML roadmap.
