Describe the bug

In any place where the DsDynamicLookupRelationModalComponent is used (e.g auhtor lookup during submission) the value selected for lookup is correctly filled in as a query in the external sources tab. However, when closing the modal and opening it for another author, the old author's name is still filled in as query instead of the new one.

To Reproduce

video example

  • Start submission and add two plain text authors
  • select the lookup icon on the first author, navigate to the external source tab and verify the author name is filled in as query
  • close the modal
  • select the lookup icon on the second author, navigate to the external source tab and verify the first author name is still filled in

Expected behavior

We would always expect the value of the lookup to be filled in as query
