Description

TTS command allow user to play a tts message in the bot

DoD

  • Add gTTS dependency
  • Update dependency
  • Add TTS command
  • Integrate TTS to queue
  • When a TTS is finish, continue to read the queue
  • Delete TTS mp3 file generated
