No error when input playlist empty

If there are entries on the right, but no playlist ID on the left, the script just does nothing for that row. I accidentally deleted it 5 days ago and only got suspicious when nothing new arrived for a while. It would be better if it printed an error, so that Google would tell me via mail.

For now, this is expected functionality. This allows users to have rows with other data/configuration that is not currently being used. It allows the script to not require the sheet be completely void of any excess information, providing flexibility.
