- 2 x 32 oz of swansons chicken broth
- 1 bag of frozen peas
- 1 bag of frozen corn
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 large carrot
- 2 pieces of cellery
- 5-6 large russet potatoes
- olive oil
- salt/pepper to taste
- Cut up onions, cellery and carrots
- Heat the onions, cellery, and carrots in the pot with olive oil
- Peel the potatoes and chop into small ish pieces
- Put everything into the pot that is not in the pot yet
