Prerequisits:
- Visual Studio 2019 Community Edition
- MSYS2
-- pacman -S nasm flex bison python2 python3 python3-pip gperf gcc libcrypt-devel libxml2-devel libxslt-devel
-- CC=gcc C_INCLUDE_PATH=/usr/include/libxml2 pip3 install lxml
-- pip3 install mako
- To build the installer: nsis (you need "Language Files" and "Plugins")

Run buildall.sh 1 8 to build the 64-bit version and buildall.sh 0 8 for the 32-bit.
(The second number on the command line is the number of parallel processes to use)
