[subtitles]: working in other player .sub file makes mythfrontend segfaulting #828

What steps will reproduce the bug?

use any video file to play with attached subtitles file

attempt to start playback segfaults mythfrontend

How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?

always

What is the expected behaviour?

at least no segfaults. Ideally: playback with correct subtitles

What do you see instead?

Additional information

It looks like issue is result recent mythv switch in subtitles rendering from xine code to ffmpeg code.
