ENH: Report should include more information about non-compliant values

A report has the list of non-compliant values against the reference value. In case there are lot of different values, it would be helpful to have a min max value included there itself.

In the report, we see that there are some values which are deviating from the reference. If possible add frequencies to each of these values.

In the detailed table for non-compliance, it would be desirable to segregate subject/session w.r.t. the non-compliant value. So that we can know which session had exact deviation.
