Add a folder from Nextcloud storage is very long ?

Overview

I'm a new user of Voice and started yesterday with a single audio book on a Nextcloud folder. When I've added the folder into Voice, it tooks some time to show up in the "not yet started" but it worked. I can listen it.
Now I've just added a new Nextcloud folder containing 16 new audiobooks in 16 subfolders. How long should I wait before the books show up ? 15 minutes after the operation, the top progress bar is always moving left and right, but only the first folder (added yesterday) is visible.
Should I sync the Nextcloud folder on my phone or is it supposed to work (at least when I'm connected to a network) through the Nextcloud storage ?

Ok, today, all my audio books are listed. I don't know how many time it took. Is there way to have a real progress bar with ETA ?

The project seems to be dead so you are unlikely to see the bugs fixed. The only thing the bot does is keep the code somewhat fresh.
