feat: Initialize project

The project is currently meant to be cloned.

Instead re-organize the project to the following structures

• templates
  • monorepo
• packages
  • @giraffe
  • @giraffe/configs

And to create a new project/package, use npx @giraffe

The idea is that this method could handle dependencies/configs as needed, and programmatically change <owner/repo>.

The goal of @giraffe is to make creating and managing projects as easy to do as possible, under some standardizations. This will promote code contribution, and teach self-taught developers how to work using professional standards.
