There should be a mode whereby a known MPK can be supplied, and "login" occurs to generate sub-asset keys locally, without any interaction with scpx-svr or scpx-eos.

Note that this is already partially supported (via constants.js - WALLET_REGEN_EVERYTIME=true).

Related features would to allow the user to load/save to and from local wallet files through the web wallet.
