Add a method of exporting and importing Roles and Groups into UE.

Potential output types:

Yaml
Xlsx
Txt
Ue (original format)

Importing should ask before overwriting existing entries:

Overwrite all
Keep originals
Overwrite one
Keep original
Cleanse (Preforms a reset on existing roles/groups before importing anything,)
