Printer

Ultimaker S5

Reproduction steps

  1. Import the model
  2. I click for the next step to slice the model

Actual results

It load until 50% of progress and then I have a bug report after few minutes.

Expected results

The slice should be successfuly completed

First things first, make sure to update your Cura installation. 5.5.0 released on October 25, 2023, and the current version is 5.8.1. Just about every new version in the 5.x branch has included fixes for models that refuse to slice, particularly 5.7.0, so it's entirely possible that your issue has already been addressed.

Without a Project file of the affected model there's little more that can be done for this.
