Implement TpxDir compile time var and make use of it #13

The idea is to implement a compile time variable pointing to the root of this repository. With that we can simplify handling of data within the repository. E.g. we can put data into the resources folder and then check its existence from TpxDir etc. Also we can output plots into TpxDir / figs.
