What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

It would be nice to create dashboard with specified widgets:

The route #dashboard?col1=summary,trend,duration?col2=features-by-stories,suites

should display widget grid with 2 columns, first column contains widgets summary, trend and duration, the second one contains widgets features-by-stories and suites.
