Learning process fails when the input contains too many empty sentences: I assume the error comes from a minibatch with only empty sentences.

minimal example: with the following training set

-DOCSTART- -X- O O

The DET I-NP O
test NOUN I-NP O
. SENT I-NP O

The DET I-NP O
test NOUN I-NP O
. SENT I-NP O

. SENT I-NP O

. SENT I-NP O

The process fails with batch_size=2 but works with batch_size=3
