Update the CleanupImageTiles job to check if the tiles archive exists before attempting to delete it.

chrisnharvey/flysystem-openstack-swift#11 addresses this issue.

I now created a fork mzur/flysystem-openstack-swift with the most recent release that addresses the problem.
