[5.x]: Add ability to enter a new customer name when creating a manual order in the Control Panel

When creating a manual orders from the CP as an admin we can add a new user or choose an existing user.
This is very neat!
However it is currently not possible, in the same flow, to add a name to a new user.
The employees in the store using this system are 100% going to be confused and will not know they have to click the "view customer" link in a new tab to add a name.
When the order is made without a name a lot of issues are created because the name is used in most communication emails and other forms of communication.

Is this something that should / could be added or is there a workaround?
