Bug Description

Changes were made to SDC deployment via init container to address certain bug fixes filed by CSI team. The issues were fixed in SDC but also necessitated a change in the driver which was missed (blame me for missing that). The change needed was to expose /opt/emc path from the host to a certain mount point on the container so that the details of the host can be inferred in the container.

Steps to Reproduce

Deploy PowerFlex CSI driver on a host that has SDC already installed.
Deploy PowerFlex CSI driver on a host that does not suppport init container (non CoreOS, non RHEL).

Expected Behavior

SDC init container will gracefully exit in situations where the deployment is already existing or a host platform that is not supported is encountered. In order to facilitate this behavior, minor changes are needed when CSI driver deploys the SDC.
