Custom rated playlist names not synced across devices

This extension uses local storage to keep track of custom playlist names, which is of course not synced across devices. This was an oversight. I believe the best approach is to remove this feature and return to required numbered playlists. However, I think this could confused and annoy many people, so I haven't done so yet.
