Include extra metadata for target repositories #3

ENA expects more metadata about their 'study' model than is included in the ISA JSON. These fields include:

study type: Controlled vocabulary
other study type: Free text IF study type is 'other'. Otherwise, should be empty.
study title
...

Other target repositories might require even more.

This might require some broader discussion on how to include this information in the ISA JSON.
