I need to activate node.js "12.9.1_64bit" in windows but the perticular version is not showing in sdk package list.

We updated from 12.9.1 to 12.18.1 in #529.

None of our SDKs use 12.9.1 anymore so there is way to install it and should be no need to install it.

What makes you think that you "need" it?
