Performance degradation due C11 atomics #160

MDBX: 163.5 Kops (without C11 atomics) -> 119.7 Kops (with C11 atomics).
LMDB: 136.9 Kops (as reference for the same benchmark).

So the using C11 should be reverted or revised, at least for architectures with non-weak/non-relaxed memory model (E2K, x86).
