Add a way to favorite logs and prevent them from being deleted #138

It would be nice to have the ability to:

Favorite a log, with an optional note
Be able to view favorited logs (possibly through a favorites tab, or an additional filter)
Prevent favorited logs from being selected for deletion (either selecting, or "Delete All" should not delete favorited logs)
