  1. Potential revenue
  2. No RM revenue
  3. Revenue opportunity (RO)
  4. Achieved revenue opportunity (ARO)
  5. Percentage achieved revenue opportunity (PARO)

Implementation of the potential revenue requires solving a linear programming problem. This should be consolidated with existing implementation "lp_solve"
