Temporal dropout correction

Once a good solution is found for #318, a similar solution could check if there's movement around a dropout, and if there is none, fill it in from a previous or proceeding field that doesn't have a dropout. This should be especially effective on CLV discs, where physical defects won't cause dropouts on the same area of the frame.
