设置显示动作提示并超时500ms消失

当设置外部链接/图片/文本处理时, 若触发了该动作却没有最终完成, 则动作提示会一直显示在页面上不消失, 直到刷新页面

例如, 在本地文件夹A中抓取一张本地图片, 划过浏览器界面, 但不丢到浏览器内, 而是放到本地文件夹B中, 则

期望的结果
本地图片划过浏览器界面时提示动作"打开"(根据设置不同也可能是其他提示文字), 当图片放到文件夹B中后松开鼠标, 提示文本消失

实际的结果
本地图片划过浏览器界面时提示动作"打开", 当图片放到文件夹B中后松开鼠标, "打开"提示始终显示在浏览器中央不消失(仅当前tab), 直到刷新标签页
