Enable Hashtags for content

At least twitter allows with it's buttons to add hashtags to the shared text. Would be nice, to have this feature as well for the shariff-buttons. E.g., you could read the meta property "article:tag" which could be provided by a site using OgGraph as meta-tags (example: https://lassunslesen.de)
