BattleTag extraction issues?

Once in a while, I see people on the list with no stats, and no link to Hotslogs. I always assumed they were muted or had hidden their account. until today when it happened to myself..

And yes, I have entered my battletag into the app settings.

This time it recognized me (colored yellow). But still no stats:

Pretty interesting issue, I've found project just recently. Will try to contribute it soon. I guess yours.This issue it quite interesting to reproduce. I guess once in a while we request to hots logs just fails, and had to be restarted. But it will require a little bit more time to investigate.
