Current Status

Currently Fabric images are pushed to Dockerhub only.

Goal

Utilize Github Container Registry for Fabric images

Solution

Work items:

Determine if we'll keep updating images on Dockerhub for legacy users
Update fabric repository release github actions to publish to GHCR
Update the other fabric repositories to publish to GHCR
Update install scripts to pull from GHCR
Update fabric-samples to pull from GHCR
