Simple plugin to add a Scale Bar to 3D images.
The scale bar is represented as a 3D cyclinder. User can select scale bar length (in voxels), raidus, axis orientation, and the spacing from borders.
When represented in 3D, this allows to assess the dimensions of the structures within the image.
Copy the jar file into the "plugins" directory of the ImageJ/Fiji installation.
The new plugin appear in the menu "Plugins->INRAE->Vizu->Draw Scale Bar 3D".
