I tried to export $ brew info readline
readline: stable 8.1 (bottled) [keg-only]

For compilers to find readline you may need to set:
export LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/opt/readline/lib"
export CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/opt/readline/include"
For pkg-config to find readline you may need to set:
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/usr/local/opt/readline/lib/pkgconfig"

my workstation information:
Install tig via Homebrew can't enable readline support:

it still cannot enable readline support,
I think the reason is
./configurecannot detect the version of installed readline library for me.I can't figure out where is the problem about this:

ac_cv_rl_version="8.1"variable while execute./configure:When I manually set
ac_cv_rl_version="8.1"to run ./configure,it will enable readline support.
but I don't know how to fix this problem without set
