expected behaviour: when I enter the participation via proposal direct link during voting phase, I know how to participate in voting.
behaviour: there is no indication for me on how to vote

Comment/Question: this partly results from story https://taiga.liqd.net/project/liqd-liquid-software/us/7008?milestone=342. However even if we show the inactive button (which we don't do for a reason) it still does not explain that a code is needed. Not sure how to resolve this.

That is another concept thing that needs some work before we can decide and change.

@fuzzylogic2000 I will take this out of the milestone but leave the issue open so that @mcastro-lqd can have a look at it.
