While it is possible to save-as within excel to create a csv version of cells, if you have a small number of cells, being able to copy and used advanced paste in CSV format would be amazing and a real time saver.
Scenario when this would be used?
When using excel, I often need to import to a different application as CSV. It's a real pain when I only want to paste a few cells of data.
