ag.vim deprecated -- update documentation?

Hello, and thanks for making this plugin! I have used ag.vim in the past, but it seems like it has been deprecated at least according to the latest readme. Might it be worthwhile updating the documentation to let people know the advice at rking#124 (comment) ? Also, the ack.vim README could be updated to not reference the fork any more. I am happy to do so, just wanted to see if this seemed worthwhile or if someone else already considered it.

Hi Anthony, sure, we can update the README. Removing the reference to the fork probably makes sense now. I'm assuming you were referring also to the suggested abbreviations to ease migration?

If you want to take a crack at updating it I'll be happy to review, otherwise I'll make a note to do so next time I'm touching the project.
