[TASK] How to use Gnosis Safe on Mode

Task Description:

We need an article talking about Safe being deployed on Mode network thanks to protofire.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The article should include what is gnosis safe and why are multisigs important.
• Also talk a little bit about the proposal that protofire is doing to take gnosis safe to the whole sueprchain (if there is not enough info this can be omitted, see resources)
• Lastly there should be a small tutorial on how to create a safe wallet with a few screenshots

IMPORTANT: Mention in the article that this is still on development and can be a little bit buggy.
