Describe the bug
When building the refman.pdf file, multiple warnings are observed from the TeX system. Additionally, the make process itself ends in error. Note that currently the refman.pdf file still gets generated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure that GENERATE_LATEX is set to YES in ../cFS/cfe/cmake/cfe-common.doxyfile.in
  2. Do a make doc in ../cFS/
  3. Go to ../cFS/build/doc/detaildesign/latex
  4. Do a make
  5. Observe all the issues printed to stdout

Expected behavior
LateX warnings should not be generated. Make should not end in error
