Issue

I'm a gentledev i:

fully read the README recently
searched for existing issues
checked i'm up to date with the latest version of the project

Expected behavior

Should set the ascent/descent values to Win Ascent/Win Descent

Actual behavior

Looks like ascent/descent values doesn't set Win Ascent/Win Descent values

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Create a font from an SVG icon with any ascent/descent values
Open the generated icon font in FontForge
Check its Win Ascent and Win Descent values in Icon Info --> OS/2 --> Metrics

HHead Ascent/HHead Descent does not match Win Ascent/Win Descent resulting in the font being rendered not as expected in Windows OS.
