Expected behavior

shows the following

orion_v #11 The actual data has reached 70405437, but now it shows 17 million less, how can I fix this problem or is this a bug of orientdb 2.2.38

Hi,

the max value of a record id position, your 70405437 may not be the same of the count of the records, because record may be deleted, so this is pretty normal, and is not a bug.
