Ugh, the tests are just failing because no contact information had been added. I just found "openstreetmap-hungary@googlegroups.com" on their facebook page and added it. |

This PR adds community resources for Hungary obtained from their wiki page. It adds their official facebook page which is quite active, a google group which is used as their forum (also quite a lot of usage) instead of the practically extinct forum on forum.openstreetmap.org and their page on meetup.com which they use for organising local meetups. I didn't add the Hungarian OpenStreetMap IRC channel, because it is not used anymore at all.
As for the contact address I'm absolutely not sure what should go there. Does anyone have a good suggestion?
Again I would be really thankful if you could do the building because of the hungary.geojson file.
