Switching between ocis versions fails due to GRAPH_APPLICATION_ID

• start ocis image: owncloud/ocis:2.0.0 https://github.com/owncloud/ocis/blob/master/deployments/examples/ocis_traefik/docker-compose.yml
• open https://ocis.owncloud.test/ as admin
• switch ocis to latest version

Expect: switching between versions works correct
Actual: ocis does not start:
log: The application ID has not been configured for graph. Make sure your /etc/ocis config contains the proper values (e.g. by running ocis init or setting it manually in the config/corresponding environment variable).

How resolve:

• Put GRAPH_APPLICATION_ID: "790e2062-493c-42fa-9780-da9ad773d35a" (random uuid) to ocis env section https://github.com/owncloud/ocis/pull/5318/files#r1068466749
• start ocis again
