Just fyi, not direct related to phpmyadmin itself:

On https://www.phpmyadmin.net/downloads/ you can download snapshots. It seems there's a configuration issue with the object storage behind because trying to download a 5.2/6.0 snapshot throws a 403 Forbidden error:
