Describe the bug

Downloading snapshot results in 403 Forbidden
https://files.phpmyadmin.net/snapshots/phpMyAdmin-5.2+snapshot-source.tar.gz

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://www.phpmyadmin.net/downloads/
Try downloading any of the 5.2 snapshots except the first
See error

Expected behavior

Download should work without error

This link works, but all the other links don't
