I suppose there is not RTL support. in the current implementation.

not builtin sorry but you could have something like carouselIndex=images.length initialy ?

that was fast 😄 , what about transitions, is it modifiable by css?

transitions are defined by JS, a few examples here : https://github.com/revolunet/angular-carousel/blob/master/src/directives/rn-carousel.js#L75
