Placements are locations where a youth is (you guessed it) placed. This might a

• Reunification
• Custody/Guardianship by a relative
• Custody/Guardianship by a non-relative
• Adoption by relative
• Adoption by a non-relative
• APPLA

Completion Criteria

• Create tables and models for Placements and PlacementType #4701
• On casa case show page, show placements (below court orders) #4717
• Export Data report for all Placements within a Casa Org #4718
• add the ability for organization to create and edit placement types within their org #5778
• add creating, editing and displaying placements to casa case show page #5780
• add seed data for placements #5779
