Divider not positioning correctly on resize

Hi,

First of all, great piece of code, really helped a lot in a recent project of mine. I did notice one bug though, when resizing window, divider doesn't get updated until you move it again. I added few simple code lines to fix this problems directly in source, I also opened PR with a fix, so check it out!
