Different Default Profiles Depending On Whether Show is Ended/Ongoing

Description

This is desirable for my setup because I use both torrent and NZB clients to grab releases. The chance that an NZB release has missing articles is greatly increased if the show has been over for multiple years vs if the episode just released.

Desired Behavior

The ability to select different default profiles, depending on a shows status as ended or ongoing in Sonarr.
Overseerr would then automatically determine and use the appropriate default profile on a per-show basis.
