[Bug]: After activating the 'Expand/Collapse' button, screen reader is not conveying the changed state information. #23539

Describe the bug

Test Environment
OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise
Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621
Microsoft Edge Version 114.0.1823.86 (Official build) (64-bit)
screen reader- Narrator

While navigating to the 'Expand/Collapse' button beside 'Components', Screen reader is not conveying the changed state information of the control. It is remain silent.

It will impact the screen reader user as they will get confused if the proper name information is not announced for the expand button.

To Reproduce

  1. Open the above URL and login with valid credentials.
  2. Press 'Ctrl+Win+Enter' keys to turn on Narrator.
  3. 'Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground' Overview page will get displayed.
  4. Navigate to the 'Expand' button beside 'Components' and press enter key and observe the issue.

@vagpt can you share what version of Storybook the repro is on? the fix is only available in the Storybook 8 prerelease versions for now.
