Hi there,
I am trying to use the scWGCNA package. I have a question for your code in "cicero_parallel.R". What was the dimension of umap used in the following line:
"cur_cicero_cds_AD <- make_cicero_cds(cur_cds_AD, reduced_coordinates = reducedDims(cur_cds_AD)$UMAP)"
What is the suggested dimension of umap?
